Taking down cement plaster in any description like walls, facia, chajjas at any height and any place incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed including scaffolding, if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall/concrete surfaces at any height , finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing admixture , complete all as specified.(Work shall be executed including provision of scaffoldings and cost of scaffoldings etc is deemed to be included in the ratesquoted by the contractor) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC admixture will be measured and paid separetely .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty(to be applied in two coats) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of smooth surface as per manufacturer instructions of any description on walls, facia/chajjas/projections etc and the like and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Nerolac, Asian, Berger & Shalimar (1st quality)

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer in camouflage pattern on new plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment at any height on walls, facias, chajjas, projections etc and the like and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty including repairing the surfaces with wall care putty/white cement on uneven surfaces, holes, cracks etc complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of any description as per item 7 above, on walls, facia/chajjas/projections etc and repairing the surfaces with wall care putty/white cement on uneven surfaces, holes, cracks etc and the like and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, facias, chajjas, projections etc including cleaning, brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot moulds, moss and efflorescence salts, cleaning of oil and greasy spots etc and the like and repairing the surfaces with wall care putty/white cement on uneven surfaces, holes, cracks etc and applying two coats of cement base paint in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Nerolac, Asian, Berger & Shalimar (1st quality)

M & L preparation of old steel and iron surfaces in patches like CGI/GI Sheet surfaces /CGI roof sheets, iron frame work etc of any description at any height and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of old surfaces of roof surfaces (concrete/plastered), AC/Non AC sheets(plain/corrugated) etc of any description by washing,rubbing down and stoppingnof distemoered and painted surfaces at any height and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item 11 above but two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primercomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for marking/numbering in white paint over black paint surface including preparation of surfaces writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) stops, comma, short lines etc n.exc 30 cm high, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. General Note:- For all srl items In multistoryed building, the work shall be carried out after provision of scaffolding and following all safety precautions. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted and , nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
