PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN BLDGS OF JCO/OR MD ACCN OF MAP-I AND MAP-II AND OTHER BUILDINGS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (A) SURATGARH AT SURATGARH MIL STN

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (Average) readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with READIPLAST by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. For thickness above 15 mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Days-10-12 Mpa/ Bulk density-1500-1600 Kg/m3. Note: The rate quoated by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction all as specified and directed. Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. Make: Ultratech/JK/Birla White (Level plast) or equivalent techno commercial make as mentioned in Appx'A' hereinafter.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick readymade plaster on Cilling/Chajja with READIPLAST by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Days-10-12 Mpa/ Bulk density-1500-1600 Kg/m3. Note: The rate quoated by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction all as specified and directed. Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over & including 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing loose ceiling plaster completely, cleaning and dripping mortars and curing of effected surface area, cleaning well expossed reinforcement and applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint to it, supply and fixing mild steel XPM mesh of size 25mm x 25mm (wire dia min. 2mm) to the effected ceiling surface either by welding with exposed reinforcement or by stapling nails or screw or tie with reinforcement, applying cement slury and 25 mm thick microphone of 1:1:1 using 6mm graded aggregate and cuting it for 3 days and then making well finish the surface using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, plastered or pointed surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent, salts and treating oil & greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
