Supply and installation testing and commissioning outdoors type, floor mounted step down transformer, 11KV/433 Volts (At no load) AC 3 ph, 50 Hz, energy efficient level - 3 conforming to IS 1180 of 2014 (ISI maked and BEE approved), capacity 500 KVA CRGO with m4 grade, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural-Air-Natural (ONAN), Class A insulation with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with natural brought out on secondary side (LV) and having tappings at +/- 2.5% to +/- 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree C in oil and 45 degree C in HV/LV windings when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature of 50 degree C and shall also comprise of the following:- (a) 01 cable box chamber on HV side (primary) consisting of 03 Nos poreclin bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers, with 01 No cable gland suitable for existing cable. (b) 01 box on LV side (secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers with cable glands.

(e) Explosive vent, thermameter pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting hucks, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete. (j) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked filtered and tested up to 60 KV die electric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. (k) Providing adequate size and numbers of channels, embedded in flour, for movement of transformers. (l) Buchholtz relay complete with electric connection up to relay – 01 No. (m) Provn for transformer fixing on trolley arrangement system (openable).

(f) Front & Rear & Side Door : (3 doors) Fabricated with MS angle iron 50x50x5mm. (g) Support for DO fuse & insulators : MS channels 75x38mm(+2mm) height 1780mm. (h) Axel : 2 Axel size 75mm sq and length 1800mm front. (j) Rims : Rim 4 in numbers. (k) Tyres and tubes : 4 in Nos inflatable of size 600 x 16.
