Supply & delivery at site of 10 KVA, 3 phase Oil cooled type servo motor operated wound line voltage corrector conforming to IS-9815 [Pt-I] 1994 suitable for unbalanced input voltage. Input voltage: 3 phase main supply phase to phase 250V-500V 3 servo motor in 3 phase with all protection by MCB (Make- ABB / Siemens/ L&T) Output voltage: 3 phase balanced output phase to phase 415V + 1% [Make - Fiji / Digitek / Automatic Electric Ltd / Andrew & Glue / Sen & Pandit / ECS/ Any approved make]. (Test certificate & warranty certificate should be submitted at the time of delivery)

Supply and delivery of automatic plunger type chlorinator for feeding accurately automatic controlled dosage of chlorine solution into the water by connecting metering pump with flow rate of water 0-100 ltr/hr. with maximum pressure of 10 kg./cm2 suitable dosing pump and other necessary accessories on the delivery pipe line as required. The pump shall be coupled with 1/2 HP motor having 3 phase power and 1440 RPM (+4%). Pump Make - Swelore / Positive. Motor Make - Crompton Greaves / Kirloskar / ABB / Any approved. (Test Certificate will be submitted at the time of delivery)

PART-B Installation of above Supplyed items in part-A including cost of construction of foundation of chlorine machine, Valve support, out door light by the 40 mm dia G.I Arm, fabrication of M.S Structure, grouting, cost of welding, fitting fixing of new valves, water flow meter and connecting to main delivery line througth underground pipe laying etc including supplying of all necessary metarials viz rubber gasket, nut & bolts, rubber mat of suitaible size & thikness including painting by synthetic enamel paint at part of rising main,valves etc after removing of old paint by scrapping & cleaning to complete the jobs in all respect as per tecnical specification and as per direction of E.I.C

Making internal electrification with 16Amp main switch/MCB (Make: Havells/ Any approved) by 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH grade copper PVC insulated single core multistrand wire (Make: Havells/ Mescab/ Finolex/ Any approved) in PVC casing of pump house consisting of 2 nos. bracket point, 1 no. tube light point, 1 no. bulk head point and 1 no. five pin 5 amp. socket point, 1 no. ceiling fan point with controlling switches including supply of 2 nos. bracket with 12W LED lamp, 1 no. 20 watt LED tube light set, 1 no. outdoor type bulk head with 9W LED lamp and drawing of necessary earthing (1.0 sq.mm) material all complete as per direction EIC. (LED light Make: Philips/ Havells/ Any approved)

Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. x 2 nos. LED light set [Make - Philips, Model: BRP031 LED45 CW SLR GR PSU] with 2 nos 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixed on the roof of the pump house with properly grout including making power connection by 2 x 1.5 sq. mm copper FR grade flexible wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), fitting fixing of 15 amp switch on board with all complete as per direction of EIC.

Earthing confirming to IS: 3043 by 50mm dia GI pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04m long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 mts. Long), 13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers including supply & fixing of 15mm dia GI pipe protection (1 mtr long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mtrs below the ground level and restoring surface duly rammed as below. a) For Soft Soil By TATA - Medium GI pipe

Drawing earth by M.S. Flat strip (20mm x 3mm) from earth bus / electrode to above different components as per I.E. Rules and as per direction of EIC.

Supply & fitting fixing of 63 Amp. Kit kat (3 nos.) (Make : Havells) with required size wooden board mounted on wall.

Supply, delivery & fitting fixing of 48'' sweep 230 volt, 50 Hz, AC ceiling fan (Make : Havells/ CG/ Approved make) including fitting fixing on ceiling and making electrical connection complete.

Supply & delivery at site 2 nos. Plastic Chair & 1 no. Plastic Table (Make: Cello / Supreme / Nilkamal)

Trial operation and guarding of whole installation as per departmental requirement and guideline 1 no. operator @ 404/- per day with 8.33% bonus. [As per existing Departmental Terms & Conditions]
