S & F 1.25mm steel rolling shutters,with out ball bearing,as specified including top cover,an-choring rod,hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated but gear operated type with bevel gear box including shaft and crank handle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Replace New rolling shutter in place old Manual/Gear oprated rolling shutter) Rolling Shutter Including all parts. 1) Crank Handle 2) Pluge Boalts 3) Crank stand 4) Guide Rail 5) Crank driving Wheel 6) Upper Box 7) Lower Box 8) Crank Fitting 9) Slats 10) Slats Cap 11) Bottom Slats 12) Sealing Belts 13) Limit Knob 14) All Bearing of any size complete.(Measurment of Rolling in width including side guid rails and in height from Botoom slats(bottom plat) upto botoom of hood cover/below the slats shaft tube)

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L cement conc type B- 0 ,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edge, cills , blocks for holdfast , copings etc complete all as specified and directed..

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement in external Surface

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick ( External surface) fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4. finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of Apex Antidust Proof (Weather proof) paint for exterior (of approved quality & tint) on new surface of wall over one coat of primer by painting roller, complete all as specified.Make-Asian dust proof apex paint.
