Providing and fixing of 100mm dia two-way gun metal fire brigade inlet connection consisting of 63mm size instantaneously make coupling and shall be protected by cap scored with a chain glass bore etc. complete with one 100mm dia sluice valve and 100mm dia nonreturn valve (To be connected to external ring main/wet riser/sprinkler riser) in place of damaged ones.

Providing and fixing of 4-way Gun-metal Fire Brigade Connection consisting of 63mm dia instantaneous type male coupling with built in check in valves and 150mm dia flanged outlet complete with bolts, nuts and rubber insertions as per I.S:904-1983. in place of damaged ones.

Providing and fixing of Fire Hose Reel wall mounting swinging type complete with drum, bracket, 25 mm dia. ball valve and 20 mm dia.x 36M long high pressure Hose Reel tubing as per IS:444 & ISI marked with Gunmetal shut-off nozzle having 5mm dia. orifice. The Hose Reel shall strictly confirm to IS: 884-1985 in place of damaged ones.

Providing and fixing of Non-percolating flexible hose (RRL type-'A') ISI marked (IS:636) 63 mm dia x 15 M long complete with instantaneous type gunmetal 63 mm dia. IS marked Male and female couplings (IS:903) bound and riveted to hose pipe with copper rivets and 1.5 mm copper wire in place of missing/damaged ones.

Providing and fixing of Gun-metal 63mm dia-short size branch pipes with 20 mm dia nozzles with 63mm instantaneous coupling ISI marked (IS: 903) in place of missing/damaged ones.

Providing and fitting of Standard fireman's axe with heavy rubber handle.

Providing and fitting of Gunmetal Air release value of size 25mm with BSP male thread and working pressure range of 150-250 PSI and allied fitting including fixing of female threaded nipples into the MS pipeline

Providing and fitting of of Air Vessel-having following specifications: Diameter: 200mm, Shell Thickness: 10mm, Dish Ends: 12mm, Finishing: Two coats of red enamel over primer outside and two coats of Epoxy Coating, Material Of Construction: M.S, Test Pressure: 20kg/sq cm. Height of supporting legs: 100mm.

Supply ,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Black Mild steel pipes (ERW) as per IS: 1239 ("C" class) with minmum thickness of 7mm of below mentioned sizes. The job further includes all fittings like anchors, fasteners, couplings, bends, elbows, flanges(6mm), tees, etc. Welded or flanged joints as required, painting with two coats of enamel paint as per colour code over a ready mixed priming coat. The job further includes surface preparation cutting holes and chases complete for complete fitting to the system.
