Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, light & power socket) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches,ceiling rose ,pendents ,regulators,socket,lamp holders brackets,bulk head fitting, etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and also making good distrubed surfaces of wall,floors etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor (Multistranded) PVC insulated and unsheatheted FRLS electric cable 1100 volts grade and including PVC casing caping/conduit pipe of suitable size with all fittings accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts, 1.5 sqmm (multi stranded) copper conductor single core (Green colour) cable as continious earth wire connected to common earth dolly including sunk sheet terminal box made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed on wall or on surface as per site requirement and making good distrubed surface of wall ,covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated for mounting of switches, socket, fan regulators etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

One light /fan/bell point controlled by one No, one way 5 Amps switch. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

One light point controlled by two Nos ,2 way 5 Amps switchs, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

One 3/5 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp, independent, controlled by one No. one way switch on independent board, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

One 3/5 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp controlled by one No, one way switch on same board, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell switch 5 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 2 here-in-before ,but for one socket out let 15 Amp on the independent board with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts (ISI MARKED) including PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts, 2.5 sqmm copper stranded conductor as continious earth wire connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 2 x 6 sqmm complete drawn in and including casing caping/PVC conduit ISI marked of suitable size and its accessories along with 1x 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. Note :- 2 +1 run of 6Sqmm cable including casing caping/PVC conduit of suitable size shall be measured as one running metre.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and foundation of poles, stays and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Common burnt sub class ‘B’ brick laid flat in trenches over and across the length of cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent/abutting each other for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Galvanized iron tubing 50mm bore light grade with all fittings,laid in trenches or under road crossing , or fixed alongwith poles/walls with clamps made of mild steel flat iron 25mm x 3mm including GI nuts, bolts and washers as protection pipe for cables including taking out down/out old existing pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4 core in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to wall, under culvert or in air etc., including taking out/down and removing old unserviceable existing cable, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthing work, Sand cushioning and Brick shall be measured and paid separately

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire,4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25(Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthing to be done for replacement of existing earthing. The materials retrieved from earthing shall be credited to contractor.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 1100 volts grade PVC insulated heavy duty armoured multistranded aluminium conductor,served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire,one twin core cable flat or circular 6sqmm 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 1100 volts grade PVC insulated heavy duty armoured multistranded aluminium conductor,served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular 10sqmm 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs. 8,655.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
