Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (For New work only).

Providing and fixing Ceramic tiles in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles complete including cost of tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Two coats of enamel painting over one coat of primer to GI grills & gates,etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of wall with cement based wall putty ( Water based) of approved make , finished smooth & even surface to receive painting including scaffolding etc all complete

Finishing wall with one coat wall primer water based of approved make and finished smooth and even surfaceto receiving painting including all labour, T & P, cost of paints as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Both iside & outside surface
