Disconnection of HT and LT power supply line from the HT soft starter and keep them safe position without any damaged.

Dismantling all the related accessories of FCMA unit such as thermistor relay. temperature switch, vacuum bypass contactor 400 Amp, timer, bridge rectifier filter capacitor, surge suppressor etc. and placed in suitable working position.

Complete dismantling the Copper bus bar and cleaning CTC. After cleaning re-insulate the bus bar by class F grade insulation and re fixing as per existing way inside the HT soft starter.

Supply & fixing of 230/240V, LED indicating lamp (make :AE/ KAPPA/ IMP) Blue/ white color.

S & F of 4m. Length of 95 sq.mm. /3.3 KV/6.6 KV grade H.T. glass copper leads with end finishing by 95 sq.mm. heavy duty dowells copper lug at STAR conn. Terminal leads including replacement of glass fibre terminal block and SS bolts etc.

Replacement of Epoxy resin cast insulation of FCMA soft starter

Supply and fitting fixing of FCMA thermistor relay temperature controller as per given sample and rating 220V input.

Necessary internal control and power circuit wiring of soft starter including FCMA providing all necessary accessories.

Final testing should be done for motor control panel in all respect and finally the pumping unit should be started in full satisfaction of EIC.

Transportation of FCMA module case soft starter from SADPS to party’s work shop and return back to the station after completion and other necessary work done.
