Supply of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow / Variable Refrigerant Volume air-cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), microprocessor-based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 415V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP shall be 3.7 at 100% load and 7.5 at 50% load at AHRI conditions.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance (After DLP of 01 year) of complete VRV system including all consumable and manpower cost required for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required of complete system (including outdoor units, Indoor units, gas refilling, leakage repair, PLC repair/replacement, compressors repair/replacement etc. complete in all respects) as per good engineering practice, recommendation of manufacturer and instructions of engineer-in-charge for maintaining the system in acceptable functional, operational and serviceable state.
