Providing and fixing factory made Kitchen Cabinet Shutter/Partition 20 mm nominal thickness of approved shade, quality and make, made from rigid foam sheets (Single extruded) having density 600 Kg/cum and laminated on both side by laminate Sheet/PVC foil lamination. The exposed edges shall be sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The shutter shall be fire retardent having necessary screw holding capacity. Shutter shall be fixed to frame using approved hinges with necessary stainless steel screws, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Repairing of .5mm to 5 mm wide open joints/cracks in all types of hard Brick masonry work including scrapping of loose jointing material from cracks. The inner side to be filled/pointed with polymer mixed lime mortar with wooden trowel and fixing grouting nipple from outer side as directed by Architect. Then apply polymer based lime mortar by injection grouting through 5mm diameter nozzle through the pre fix nipple up to total thickness of existing stone wall and removing the PVC nipple pipe, lime moratr of mix lime & sand 1:1 mix with polymer using katha or other additives to achieve require matching colour and including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, equipment, curing and cleaning the site as directed.
SS Tie Vertical/horzontal rode in wall masonry, Providing and fixing stainless steel rods of 1000 mm length and 12 mm dia. The stainless-steel rod to be fixed horzontal/Vertical in the brick wall masonry by drilling in brick and fixing with araldite mixture in such a way that the entire length of the rod is in complete contact of the brick fully inserted in the brick. Use 316 grade stainless steel charge per hole. Steel rod charges are counted per kg. Holes with 14mm, dia.as per requirement of position.
