M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement by using scaffolding upto the 15m height surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster of any type complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of ceiling surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) including finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) by using scaffolding upto the 15m height including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+) specially formulated integral liquid waterproofing compound composed of surface active plasticising agents, polymers & additives.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down of lime scale, smoke soot, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on old decorative surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type-B0 nominal mix (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding/levelling course over roof surface finished even & smooth with using extra using water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds, roof projection, chajjas and similar work exc 15 cm but n exc 30 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc complete all as specified and directed.
