Dismantling and taking down carefully aluminium conductor of size 6/2.11mm ferret type from OH lines (running on 11m/9 m poles) after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multi jointed/undersized conductors complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing HT 11KV XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, earthed grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of under ground cable/GI piping all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth getting out in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil/soft rock all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of DWC pipe IS-16205 Part II, size inner dia 95 mm, outer dia 110 mm for cable protection in wall/under ground laying of UG cables all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of DWC pipe SNAP-FIT Coupler IS-16205 Part II, size inner dia 95 mm, outer dia 110 mm for connection of DWC pipe in wall/under ground all as specified and as directed.

S&F LT Aerial bunched cable of size 3-core X 120 sqmm + 1 x 70 sqmm Bare messenger on existing 9 meter PCC poles and fixing including steel hook,insulator,suspension clamp,rubber insert, Dead end clamp, fork plate, cable join, connection plate as per required at site on MS channels complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs for cross arms, bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description (trenches, walls, ceilings., etc) from various locations and Supply & laying in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable. withaluminium conductor of any size 50 Sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed . Note-Cost of glands, aluminium cable lugs (eye lid/barrel/bottle neck type/ring type or any shape), new nut, bolt and washers of required size/description are deemed to include in this rate.
