Repair and replacement of water pipe line and allied works at Tibri Mil Stn under GE Gurdaspur.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ISI marked CI/DI pipe fittings upto size 80 to 200mm dia such as bends, Tapers tail pieces, Tee pieces, caps and plug set including rubber ring push on joints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing 20mm GI pipe lines for relaying /refixing at site existing/connected complete all as specified and directed .

Dismentling old unserviceable valve pits and constructing of brick masonary pits of internal dimensions 1mtr x1mtr x1.2 mtrs ( bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space) , bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet min 2mm thick witth angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x50 mmx 6 mm with galvanised steel hindges two nos ,and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of CI/DI pipes of dia 200/ 150/ 100mm bore by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on all external surfaces of CI/DI pipes (as per colour codes) for rising, supply, overflow and washout vertical/ horizontal upto 30 mtr length including all arrangement to carry out the painting with material as well as required scaffolding and all type of T&P complete all as specified and directed. Contractor should take care of all the safety aspects while painting on the height, the workers should have proper insurance to work on the overhead tank heights. The cost of safety will be deemed to be includidng in the quoted rate of the contractor. Note :- Riser main/ overflow/ Delivery line/ washout each pipe of length upto 30 mtr will be measured as one job.

M&L for demolition concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below and above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement in foundations, fillings and mass concrete type D-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graed aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of brick work/ stone boulder masonary, laid dry but built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius walls built in cement lime mortar of 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing wiremesh with wooden frame on the entrance of the overhead tank of pump house to prevent the entrance of any type of small birds/ rodents/ like small insects etc, the wiremesh grade should be upto 10mm dia and the wiremesh to be fixed with the help of wooden frame and fix properly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for MS angle iron work fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts , washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for ladders of overhead tank, foundation of pumps , LT panels, sheds etc for pump houses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for shifting of non clog horizontal type sewage pump of 65 LPS and 45 LPS capacity from the existing position by dismantling the water connection and electric connection, making foundation for the pumps of size1xm 1x 0.5m and positioning the pumps on the foundation with proper alignments, making electric connection and pipe connection at the new position testing the pump for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The cable and pipe line for modification if any requiried for the shifting of the pimps are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in repairs CI sluice valve with forged brass stem class PN- 16 ISI marked with stainless steel spindal and flanged both ends of size 80mm dia bore with hand wheel complete all as specified and directed.
