Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) :

Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing.

Fixing of barbed wire fencing on wall by embedding available steel angle posts in cement concrete blocks and fixing available babed wire fencing with binding wires etc in rows and diagonals complete as per direction of engineer in charge .payment of CC blocks shall be made separately
