M&L for Dismantling the Power Transformer 33 KV Oil Cooled copper wound of capacity 1600/ 3150 KVA from installed position on existing platform after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides on site for necessary repairs like replacement of washers, replacement of sleeves, taps, kerb tapes, cork sheet, refilling of oil, etc after checking and make fully functional the Winding Temparature Indicator (WTI) and Oil Temparature Indicator (OTI) including replacement of unserviceable item (if required) as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimble & PG clamps, commissioning including refilling of transformer oil after dehydration with dielectric strength (min 60 KV) and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) HT/LT bushes, breather assembly, Transformer oil shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item. (iii) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

S&F in replacement of Oil Temperature Indicator (OTI) 0-150 degree Celsius suitable for power/ distribution transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Winding Temperature Indicator (WTI) 0-150 degree Celsius suitable for power/distribution transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT bushing assembly with brass metal bush rod & nuts bolts including insulation washer etc with accessories for 33 KV power transformer of capacity 1.60/3.15 MVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Preset Electric timer switch (Selec 800XA) operated at 12 Volts to 240 Volts, AC for 33 KV VCB to operated spring charging motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bore hole of dia 100mm for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 80mm bore, medium grade, 12.50 metres length, buried directly and referably vertically in ground the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt on all sides, connected to galvanised mild steel earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick strip upto 7.50 mtrs with and including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel/ welded to earth electrode at one end and connected to test point/equipment at the other end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top to earth electrode to equipment fixed with and including required number of mild steel clamp made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washer including PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 and 40mm thick pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B0 cover with 40mm x 40mm x 3mm MS angle iron frame complete all as specified including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing. Note : (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) GI strip upto earth test point/ equipments is included in this item. (iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement shall be 1 Kg for each earth pit cover. (iv) Pipe electrode shall be tapped at the bottom and provide with 12mm holes (staggered) at 75mm centre to centre up to 2m. (v) GI pipe 80mm bore medium grade shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items in this schedule.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore medium grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 240 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc and fixing with & including suitable size clamps made out of aluminium strip of size 25x3mm, circuit indicating tags made out of GI sheet 16 gauge of size 10cm x 5cm fixed along the route of cable at a distance of 30 metre and at turning points, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable HT cable, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 33 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 33 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in replacement of cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable rusted/damaged cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, back plates, etc from existing poles / dismantled poles / pole structures complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Material and Labour for calibration, setting and servicing of existing 33 KV VCB and C&R Panel of any make including repair of auxiliary relays (over current relay, earth fault relay, under voltage relay) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing replacement of Breather assembly complete including silica gel for transformer of capacity upto 1600 KVA to 3150 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Silica Gel blue in crystal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of distribution transformer of capacity 1600 KVA to 3150 KVA including cleaning and removing oil spots from the body and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) of approved tint with gun sprayer including marking of SM/MES No etc. on transformer with synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Transformer oil confirming to IS:335 (1993) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate. Cost of barrel shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and empty barrel will be the property of the Department and same shall be deposited to the AGE E/M Store Yard. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Make : Power oil, Castrol

Supply and Topup Transformer oil confirming to IS:335 (1993) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filtration / dehydration of old/existing transformer oil including topping up of transformer oil as required in the transformers of different capacity, installed at various locations with suitable capacity of filtration machine to achieve dielectric strength minimum 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule as ‘Supply only’.

Supply only Cork sheet gasket 5 mm thick superior quality of size 1m x 1m on top cover plate of the transformer capacity 25 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the Potential Transformer (PT) 33 KV Oil Cooled from installed position on steel structure after disconnecting electric supply from both sides for necessary repairs like as replacement of washer, replacement of corcksheet, refilling of oil etc after checking and make functional of Potential Transformer (PT) and installing in its original position and making all electric connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling the Current Transformer (CT) 33 KV Oil Cooled from installed position on steel structure after disconnecting electric supply from both sides for necessary repairs like as replacement of washer, replacement of corcksheet, refilling of oil etc after checking and make functional of Current Transformer (CT) and installing in its original position and making all electric connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for serial item No. 32.00 & 33.00 : (i) Labour component required for the repalcement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item (ii) Transformer oil shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item. (iii) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning for single phase, outdoor type, hermetic sealed, Voltage Transformer (PT) 36KV grade with following ratio / protections:- (a) HSV:- 36kv (b) IL:- 36kV/70kV/170 kvp (c) Primary Voltage (V) :- 33000/√3 (d) Secondary Voltage (V) :- 110/√3 (e) Output (VA):- 200 (f) Accuracy Class:- 1.0 (g) Frequency:- 50Hz (h) Insulation Class:- A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down servicable trivector Meter (TVM) and refixing the same with complete assembly after cleaning & including making proper connection at panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only SF-6 Gas suitable for 33 KV VCB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair master relay suitable for 33 KV VCB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 12 Volt/ 24 Volt 10 Amp heavy duty automatic float cum booster trickle battery charger, control wirinrg and stand operating on 230 Volt single phase 50 Hz supply, by replacing unserviceable charger, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, deposited, spread around the outdoor electrical installations, complete all as specified and as directed.
