S&F light shade vitrified tiles 10mm thick double charged (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid in patterns of two colours, set and jointed with 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick polished granite work ( of any type) machine cut, in risers, skirting /dado fixed over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat and jointecd with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, including grinding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium frame powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partition with one or more rebated including joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.
