SH:-Civil Works Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and all lead (by mechanical means)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of viscosity grade VG-10 (80/100) confirming to IS:73 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing Runway/Road surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity specified, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment a) Bitumen Surface @0.20 Kg/Sqm

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminoud Macadam (DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity, Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification , drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering pupose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt, Refineries and 2% cement by weight of agggregates as filler material].

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade (VG-30) content shall be taken as 120 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Asphaltic Concrete(DAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity, Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification , drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering pupose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 135 kg/m3 of mix supplied in biulk produced by Govt, Refineries and 2% cement by weight of agggregates as filler material].

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of oil dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats)

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 30 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road urface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

SH:- Electrical works Supply of 1 core 6 sqmm, 5 KV grade, copper conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed under ground airport lighting cable generally confirming to IS: 1554 Part-II 1981 with upto date amendment etc complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 2 core 4 sqmm 1.1KV grade, copper conductor, EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, underground secondary cable complete as specified complete as required and conforming to technical specifications

Supply of 5 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type I class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm copper conductor cable as etc complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essena Connector) of type II class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 2 core 4 sqmm copper conductor cable etc complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 15 W, 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors etc and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply and fixing of CI top cover of 330 mm dia x 10 mm thick with suitable rubber gasket and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole at hole centre of 260 mm and SS bolts etc complete as required

Supply of 450 mm high, 330 mm outer dia, 220 mm dia top opening isolating transformer housing box, made of 10 mm thick (nominal) except top which is 15 mm thick (nominal) CI mould of foundry grade pig iron confirming to IS-224, suitable for installation of elevated air-field light fittings with 6 Nos. M-10 tapped holes at hole centre of 260 mm including 03 nos. ending holes for cable entry & earth pipe holes (02 nos. diametrically & 01 no. perpendicularly) suitable to receive 50 mm GI/HDPE pipe & 15 mm dia. GI earth pipe, SS earth bolts and nuts, washes, drain holes and painting etc. complete as required.

Supply & Installation of 330 mm dia, required height C.I Collar having 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole at hole centre of 260 mm suitable for installation of taxi light fitting and other end 06 Nos hole for providing nut bolts (including supply of nut, bolt washer etc) in existing isolating transformer complete etc as required

Installation of Cast iron isolating transfer housing box of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm deep as per specification, including excavation of surface, cement concrete all round, providing 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water, cutting & threading of pipe, adjustment of housing with thedolite etc, refilling the side surface, sloping and making good the same as original as required

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type stop bar light by core cutting in the bituminous runway pavement, fixing the shallow base with dobefil and hardener, installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade/5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of Upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC HDPE pipe as required

Kerfs cutting with machine in taxiway/runway of PQC/bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for single/ Multi layer of secondary cable laying and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc complete as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 50 mm dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) in GSB/WMM/Bituminous taxiway complete with G.I. fittings and re-filling etc as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with cable as required.

Dismantling of existing taxiway / runway guard light fittings during bituminous work and reinstall after bituminous work on its location including connection complete etc as required

Dismantling of existing stop bar light fittings during bituminous work and handover to AAI Store complete etc as required

Design, Manufacturing, Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of illuminated taxiway guidance signages of various sizes made of anodized 2 mm (nominal) thick extruded aluminum profile frame with suitable stiffening supports for structural rigidity, 1.5 mm thick aluminum back cover, 4 mm thick poly carbonate sheet with glare free face, supporting legs, breakable coupling etc. The letters and symbols shall be internally pasted/ screen printed with required coloring. The sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required number of LEDs strips to achieve required illumination level, alongwith drivers, internal control circuit, etc and shall operate without any flickering when operated on input source of 2.8 Amps. to 6.6 amps. series current. The suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangement. The signages shall be installed on 1:2:4 grade cement concrete of size 400x400x500 mm for each leg and total base of 150 mm thick for the distance of 1.5 mtr. all around the board including installation of isolating transformer, crimping/ jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required. The taxiway guidance signages shall be as per ICAO and confirming to technical specifications. (legends shall be as approved by Engineer‐in‐charge).
