Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :, 20mm thick.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10 m)fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete., Hot finished welded type tubes.
