All theseequipmentsshallbehousedbypanelboxmadeoutfrom18gaugeM.S.Sheetwithpowdercoating.Panel shouldbeof inimumsize900x600x450mm withStand(madeofangleironofsize35x35x5mm)dulybolted/screwedwith nclosureboxhaving4legs,eachleg’slength18"anddoubledoorincludingin built lockingsystem. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Un armoured Copper cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with electrolytic grade Copper made of copper rods confirming to IS 613-1964, of purity >99.7 %, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. Providing at site, lowering & laying in trenches, aligning & jointing of PVC-U pipes (SN 8) as per IS 15328 (amended up to date) and as per specifications with rubber rings with socket and spigot joint, (EPDM/SBR) for all depths for pipe length as per drawing and specification including hydraulic field testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning etc complete as directed by Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payable

Providing, lowering, laying in trenches, aligning, fixing in position and jointing Ductile Iron (DI) ISI marked K-7 grade S&S pipes as per IS:8329-2000 (amended up to date), with internal High Alumina Cement (HAC) mortar lining for gravity sewer network with rubber ring (EPDM) joints as per IS: 5382-1985 (excluding special accessories) complete including all material, labour, hydraulic testing and commissioning as per technical specifications and as per direction of Engineer. 200mm

Providing and making flanged joints to double flanged C.I./ D.I. pipes and specials such as tees, bends, tapers, caps etc. at all level/ depths within trenches complete including all material i.e. rubber insertions, bolts & nuts etc, labour, testing of joint, commissioning along with pipe line as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer. 200MM

Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS: 4270/1992) of grade Fe410 of following nominal bore sizes at site of work.
