Out sourcing for operation of diesel engine operating generating set of kirloskar make of capacity 100 KVA-2 Nos, 62.5 KVA-01 No at domestic area at Receptorioum and 1 & 2 Pump House operating pump set , sluice /gate valve and operating (ON/OFF) all the street lights in the area within a radius of one kilometre and in two shifts per day round the clock each shift not exceeding 08 hours per day (one FGM per shift) on all week days including Sundays and holidays all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Out sourcing for operation of Diesel engine generating set 100 KVA of Kirloskar make (01 No) and 200KVA DG set-01 NO of make KIRLOSKAR at Technical area Sub Station (112 HU Sub station and 112HU DSS), including operating the sluice/gate valves in the area within a radius of one kilometer to give water supply to the 112 HU,151 HU & TCCF area three shifts each per day not exceeding 08 hours per day shift ( one FGM per shift ) on all week days including Sundays and holidays all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Out sourcing for operation of Deisel Engine generating set,50 KVA capacity of Kirloskar Make (01 No) at IT Complex and 160 KVA capacity of Ashok Leyland (01 No) at Dornier FTD including operating sluice/Gate valves in the area within a radius of one kilometer and supply the water to users through over head reservoir or direct pumping as applicable with three shifts per day of not exceeding 08 hours per shift (ONE FGM/Shift) on all week days including Sundays and holidays for the installation and maintaining all the relevant records, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Out sourcing for Manning and operation of Package type AC plant of capacity 16.5TR (04 Nos) and 11TR 3 Nos at hangar with one shift per day on all week days including sundays and holidays not exceeding 8 hrs (ONE FGM/Shift) a day and maintaining all the relevant records on required basis all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Note for Sl item No:1 to 4: (i) The operator shall be employed by the contractor must be of proper trade i.e duly Govt ITI qualified /trained under vocational training programme of state Govt/having minimum of 4 years experience in the similar type oif work. (ii) The contractor shall take over the installations from the department alongwith serviceability state of plant details of the installation in writing one day before starting the contract. (iii) The shift Operator shall not leave the installation without handing over to the next shift operator. (iv) The contractor shall provide stationeries like logbook,pen, pensil,cotton waste and conveyance for tradesmen and any other items required for day to day work. (v) The operator should clean the installations and installation area on everyday. If the operator fails to clean the installations and surrounding area, penalty of Rs 100/ day will be deducted from the contracted amount. (vi) Necessary log book entries shall be maintained by the operator in each shift. Necessary handing taking over details between the shift operator shall also refleted in the logbooks. (vii) The contractor shall provide one Non camera phone with valid sim per installation for communicating with the concern Engr-in-charge and JE of the department. (viii) The operator should assit the depatment persdonnel for collecting and distributing the diesel/engine oil/collant etc to avoid any delay in day to day function
