Installation, testing and commissioning including repair/ replacement of Burner, Fuel Pump, Sequence Control Relay, Fuel Pipes,Fuel Filter & other minor items if reqd of oil fired glycol based hot water generator using kerosene oil complete with combustion chamber and equipment automatic burner assembly tubes primary pump control panel with sequence controller, photo cell for flame failure HT transfer electroces, blower assembly electric panel, As AboveHQ CE 31 Zone letter No 25001/993/112/E2(Plg) dated 05 Oct 2023 pressure gauges therometer mounting frame, suitable for operation on 50Hz, 3 phase 415volts AC supply and all as specified and recommended by manufacturer Hot water inlet temp=75 degree centigrade, Hot water outlet temp= 85 degree centrigrade Capacity 1,90,000Kcal/hr at MSL.Make of Boiler: Aquamatic, Make of Burner: Ecoflam. Note:- (a) items inciuding base frame, foundation, fitting, items as and where reqd at site shall be supplied .installed & testing on completion by the contractor upto proper satisfication of MES testing rep.pre installation servicing if required to be borne by contractor without extra cost.

Installation, testing and commissioning with servicing if reqd of manoblock centrifugal pump having stainless steel impeller driven by suitable capacity electric motor for ethylene glycol of 390 LPM and 25mtr head complete with accessories and insulated with two layers of 13mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation including cement concrete foundation as recommended by manufacturer, all as specified. Note:- (a) Only Monoblock Centrifugal pump will be supplied by MES, all other items including civil works, fittings, Insulation, minor items as and where reqd at site shall be supplied, installed & testing on completion by the contractor upto proper satisfication of MES testing rep. (b) Rate quoted will include the transportation charges not exec the distance of 100m (approx) pre installation servicing if required to be borne by contractor without extra cost.

Installation of mild steel flue gas chimney made out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet, minimum 1.2mtr above the highest point of the building roof and including connection from boiler to main chimney fabricated from 3mm mild steel sheet. The portion of the chimney, flue gas connection inside the building shall be covered with 50mm thick resin boned fibre glass insulation wool of 24kg/cum density and cladded with 26 gauge aluminium cladding all as specified including priming with Zinc oxide paint and insulation as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Note:- (i) Rate quoted will includes all as per site reqmt, mounting/fixing arrangement. (ii) The Hot water generators shall be connected to a independent chimney.pre installation servicing if required to be borne by contractor without extra cost.

Supply Installation of overhead expansion tank of size 1000mm(L)x1000mm(B)1000mm (H) made out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet and complete covered with 13mm closed cell electrometric insulation complete with removable lid, in out drain over flow system, including mounting arrangement and complete connection, with insulation read and priming with Zing Oxide paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Note:- (a) Only Bare tanks will be issued by MES all other connected items mentioned in the above description will be supplied & installed by contractor upto proper statisfication of MES testing rep. pre installation servicing if required to be borne by contractor without extra cost.

Installation of Glycol fluid tank of 1000ltrs capacity made out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet and complete with removable lid, in, out drains, overflows system, mounting arrangement including priming with zinc oxide paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Note:- (a) Only Bare tanks will be issued by MES all other connected items mentioned in the above description will be supplied & installed by contractor upto proper statisfication of MES testing rep. (b) Rate quoted will include the transportation charges not exec the distance of 100m (approx) and all civil works as per design by OEM.

Installation, testing and connecting with the system and commissioning of horizontal cylindrical oil storage tank made out of mild steel as per IS 2062 and fabricated as per IS 10987-1992 design temperature 30C and design pressure atmosphere + static head of liquid. (i) Storage capacity (Nominal) 5000 Its (Il) Shell thickness 4mm (III) End plate thickness 6mm including priming with zinc oxide paint and hinges as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Note: - (a) Only bare tank will be supplied by MES, all other necessary items including nozzles. manhole, lifting lugs, vent pipe suitable dia inlet, outlet and return pipes with flanges etc will be supplied & installed by contractor upto proper satisfication of MES testing rep. Supply & Installation, testing and commissioning of Kerosene oil day service tank rectangularmild steel contruction with capacity 990 Itrs complete with inlet, outlet, drain and the tank shall be made out of 3mm mild steel sheet and will be provided with supports made out of minium 50mm NB class B pipe to keep tank base minimum (1000mm) above finished floor level! complete all as specified.
