Steel windows will be double shutter external glazed and internal wire gauzed complete all as specified and as per Drg No CEPZ/C-TD-27/13 Sh 1/4 to 4/4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material & labour for pressed steel frame of size 105mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors single rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for pressed steel frame of size 125mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors double rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement 1:2:4 type B–I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications and drawing including making good to disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour pressed steel cup board frame of MS sheet 1.25mm thick size of frame 60mm x 40 mm with rebate of 20mm wide and 12mm deep including PCC 1:2:4 using BO 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in filling to back of chowkats including butt hinges 100mm long. Piano hinges measured separately complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints of 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made, plain framed, panelled shutter (two Panel) 35mm thick, 2nd class Hardwood with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply. The size of rail and stiles as per as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed, gauzed and Skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc but divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any Number, stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I Sec 8 clause 8:24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour 40mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block core and plywood face panels, commercial ply on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter 28 to 30mm thick (Stiles) with particle board core with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with moulded prelaminated PVC sheet on the front face & 2 mm thick moulded prelaminated PVC sheet on back face, to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing factory made 18mm(+0.7mm) thick celuka PVC ply of density 600kg/cum manufactured by an ISO 900-2008 cerified company. One side prelaminated and other side plain 18mm thick Celuka PVC ply for cabinet shutter and also manufacture’s test report and test certificate is mandatory with each and every supply of the material complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing factory made 18mm(+0.7mm) thick celuka PVC ply of density 600kg/Cum manufactured by an ISO 900-2008 certified company. Plain 18mm thick Celuka PVC ply for Shelf/Partitions/Drawer and also manufacture’s test report and test certificate is mandatory with each and every supply of the material complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and drawing and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing factory made 5mm thick PVC of density 600kg/cum manufactured by an ISO 900-2008 certified company. Plain 5mm thick PVC sheet panelling for back side (wall side) and also manufacturer’s test report and test certificate is mandatory with each supply of the material complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Mild steel flat iron, square bar, round bars etc. As in framed work such as grills, guard bars, gratings etc incl bending, cutting and welding as necessary of confirming to Gde Fe 290-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to steel window, ventilators (including slot pin, hinge, hook and eye of standard quality where required), rescoring of windows wire gauge and railing/grills by using welding equipments complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Water Storage Tanks exc 250 ltrs and n exc 500 ltrs completely by removing all dirt/dust and other type of waste from tanks and pipes and disinfection completely by making all arrangement and writing of date of cleaning on side of tank and obtaining completion from user complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size quality or description) from any types of wooden/steel/alum (up to 4th storey) frames or stone concrete or brick surrounds glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality with oil putty or any type of beads in square n.exc. 0.5 Sq each pane any type of frame of iron/Steel/Wood/Aluminium as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (upto fourth storey with necessary scaffolding)

Supply and Fixing 3mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or any type beads in square n.exc. 0.5 sq each pane in any type of frame of iron/Steel/Wood/Aluminium as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(upto fourth store with necessary scaffolding)

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm complete all as specified fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The drapery rod shall be projecting 150mm outer side from the clear opening of doors/windows. (Including necessary fittings) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, Twin rubber stopper, size 100mm , anodised (anodic coating not les than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 50 mm magnetic catches with brass body and striking plate including letting in as fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 40mm dia, cupboard knobs fixed with nut, screw and washer of mild steel, bright finished finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing securing glass of any description in existing wooden and iron frames glazed with putty/beads including removing loose or decayed putty/beads, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, reputtying and painting/oiling puttied surface to match existing work (New length of frame reputtied shall be measured.

Material and labour in repair for Welding in repairs n.exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n exc 9mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of old Z Sec window with projected hinges and refixed in same position with Box type hinges of 100 long as complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Mild steel Casement stays, size 300mm, with hinged joint and two plates, with studs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 40 mm thick (1:2:4) Type B-0 se in CM 1:6, including all mouldings and dismantling of old U/s broken RCC Jallies at site. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and old plastered skirting by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing surface surface with neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. Metre. Removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the Cantt area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, terrazzo dado from wall surface (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick Granite black work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over 15 mm thick CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota slab (Minimum size shall 550x550 mm) flooring 18-22mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and Mirror polishing complete, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone 10-12mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shad of the slab including rubbing and Mirror polishing set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, as in riser of steps, skirting, dado & verticlal surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment of any description including under layer, taking down of cement plater, brick layer/demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris of the premises including grubbing up of tree roots and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove to all loose dirt/dust and applying the following Roof Treatment as below :- (i) Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound on concrete surface in roofs incl applying cement slurry @ 3 kg per Sqm finishing even and fair without using extra cement (WPA shall be measured separately) . (ii) Applying a coat of bitumen primer membrane 0.4 ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree C 0.87-00.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 CPS till the surface properly impregnates and insolvent oil primer evaporates completely (iii) Applying polymeric polypropylene polymer polymer membrane ‘AAP’ (atactic polypropylene polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick not less than 3.60 kg/sqm with 160 gms/sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laidwith 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm over laps which shall be thermo fused by flame (iv) Applying course of two coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane all as specified. All joints and change in direction shall be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ ml/bag of cement and curved before laying membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed of as per manufacturer instruction and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of water storage tanks (Cap. 500 ltr to 1000 ltr) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 litres capacity,(cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layered, white, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including Ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe (Minimum weight 20mm-210gms), including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layered, white, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including Ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe (Minimum weight 20mm-210gms), including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting of water tank of 500 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing,etc. measured separately). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thickness PCC 1:2:4 type -B-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finished rough to recive the floor tiles etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour hardcore of guage not exc 63mm, deposited spread, and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ammed to a true surface. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in roof padding, similar work complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in slope of 1:20 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joint at 3m interval and at each corner the joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling to full depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing of concrete surfaces such as balconey, chajjas, upward or downward facias, column, piller, ceiling and similar items with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 & rendering any thickness in CM 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Up to 3rd storey bldg and including necessary formwork and scaffolding required as per site conditions also taking down or dismantling as required at site).

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor/plinth protection laid in alternate bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including joints filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 mixed with three parts of coarse sand by weight complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for MS work as in staging, framed structure etc angle iron, plates horn like of any shape as directed including and welding to shape required drilling holes notching for wire etc fixed in position complete conforming to Fe-=290 Grade- 165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description ground to 4th floors and Removing excavated material in 100m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent ot shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.(Column footing, Column and PB) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Reinforcement concrete M-15 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for use and waste form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, break in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roof and not exc. 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10cm but n.exc. 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete all as directed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying for replacement of unserviceable underground LT cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty electric cable XPLE insulated & PVC outer sheathing with aluminium stranded conductor, Armoured cable 70 sq mm 3.5 core cable confirming to IS-7098 Part-I (1998) with latest amendment of sizes. Complete all as directed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mm in width and not exceeding 1.5 mm in depth and getting out in any type of S, complete all as directed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Only the punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply & laying over cable as mechanical protection laved flat with width equal to length of brick with sub class ‘B’ bricks complete all as directed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Gl pipe “light grade” for road crossing / on wall / on pole with fixed clamps, nuts, bolts for cable protection of size 80 mm dia complete all as directed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 905034.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
