Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment of any description including under layer, taking down of cement plater, brick layer/demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris of the premises including grubbing up of tree roots and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove to all loose dirt/dust and applying the following Roof Treatment as below :- (i) Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound on concrete surface in roofs incl applying cement slurry @ 3 kg per Sqm finishing even and fair without using extra cement (WPA shall be measured separately) . (ii) Applying a coat of bitumen primer membrane 0.4 ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree C 0.87-00.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 CPS till the surface properly impregnates and insolvent oil primer evaporates completely (iii) Applying polymeric polypropylene polymer polymer membrane ‘AAP’ (atactic polypropylene polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick not less than 3.60 kg/sqm with 160 gms/sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laidwith 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm over laps which shall be thermo fused by flame (iv) Applying course of two coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane all as specified. All joints and change in direction shall be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ ml/bag of cement and curved before laying membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & laying over cable as mechanical protection laved flat with width equal to length of brick with sub class ‘B’ bricks complete all as directed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Gl pipe “light grade” for road crossing / on wall / on pole with fixed clamps, nuts, bolts for cable protection of size 80 mm dia complete all as directed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 905034.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
