PART-A Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). B.3.1.6

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 602.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.5 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed Side Formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 150 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 602 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments (Dowel Bars will be paid seprately) R-16.76

Providing and laying of paver block as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Indian standard for precast concrete block for paving- specification) and IRC : SP:63-2004 (guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete block pavement) M-30, 60 mm thick to be used in non traffic areas like building premises, monument premises, land scapes, public gardens/ park, domestic drives, paths and patios, Embankment slopes, sand stabilization Area etc.( As per table 1 of IS 15658:2006 Category ‘B’ Denated only two side like I,Z,T shape etc. as per IRC SP 63:2004 (B/11.38.1B)

Supply of Stone Aggregate (Single size) : 40 mm nominal size quarry with lead up to 50 Km at 132 KV GSS Indawad (G3/293+ G/4.2)

Supply & fixing of M-20 grade precast cement concrete Kerb or Dand upto 60 cm length over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including jointing earth work, pointing & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 of size (20 x 25)/2 x 30 cm R-16.35.5

Providing and Fixing of Dowel Bars of Mild Steel confirming to IS: 432 of specified length and diameters as per MoRTHSpecification IRC 15 & 58 including cutting, placing in positionacross transverse joint with proper spacing, providing with PVCsleeve complete as per drawing, technical specification and asper direction of the Engineer-in-charg R-16.28

PART-B Labour charges for spreading of available 20 to 63 mm nominal size hand/crusher broken stone aggregate in uniform layer of 100 mm thickness in yard of any substation (charged/uncharged GSS) with manual/mechanical means as permitted by E.I. with due care as per safety norms of substations complete in all respect with all lead & lift.(payment will be done as per stack measurement after deduction of voids as per norms)
