Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 10 km as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5(Earth work with 10.000 km Lead)

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for Proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge asper PWD S.I(273). (Rates are including all taxes,freight etc but excluding GST)

Brick masonry work in 1:4 cement mortar in substructure complete excepting pointing and plastering, as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 602, 603, 604, 1202 & 1204

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204

Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit , approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material , labour and T&P etc. required for Proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as per SI. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface., mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD specification 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (For Grading-III) including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST

Supplying & Layings of 80mm thick I Shaped mechanically compressed inter locking cement concrete pavers block ISI mark58-2006 confirming to IS:156 (Coloured) manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200X(160+120mm) with minimum 5mm thick topping of O.P.Cement mixed with 25% marble powder.The compressive strength of concrete paver blocks shall not be less than 40 Mpa & by weight 4.5 Kg/no including levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope filling joints with fine sand.including cost of all material ,labour ,T&P etc.required for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer in charge completeas per S.I ( as per SOR new item-14/P-49).
