Providing fitting and fixing of Gypsum board celling with Aluminium anodised T section No. 3215 with 2'0"center to center, L Section No.1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the Aluminium grid 2'0" x 2'-0"supended from celling with 12.5mm thick Gypsum board etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Distempering 2 coats with any approved shade over the interior surface of walls using distemper including cost, conveyance of all materials including cost of distemper with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting Two coats with Enamel paint on Old/new wood work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of paint with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

16mm.thick cement plaster(1:6) finished smooth surface of walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost ,conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
