Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring including sunken MS boxes (light, fans, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,call bell, pendants, regulators, socket etc by unscrewing from board carefully and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including PVC conduit heavy duty with concealed wiring, MS sheet metal switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and hylum switch board cover 3.0 mm thick switch board and brass screws with cap washers for one light/Fan point controlled by one single way switch including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface all as directed and specified.(Make of wire: .(Make of wire: Finolex/Polycab/Plaza Make of PVC Conduit :-Plaza/Prestoplast/Precision)

All as per item No. 2 above but one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps but independent board with cable 1.5 Sqmm two run & 1.5 Sqmm one run of earth continuty.

All as per item No.2 here in before but for 5/15 Amps point on independent board with two runs of 2.5 Sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed stranded Copper conductor and 2.5 Sqmm, FRLS grade PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor as earth wire.

Taking down unserviceable sub main /Sub circuit wiring of any type and size including conduit, batten wiring for necessary repair/replacement.

M&L Sub main wiring using two runs of FR grade PVC insulated ,unsheathed ,stranded, copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm and one run of 4.0 Sqmm FR grade PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core, copper wire to be drawn in and including 25 mm size PVC Conduit (medium grade) in Concealed wiring of suitable size and all as specified.Note : Two runs of 4.0 Sqmm copper wire,one run of 4.0 Sqmm wire & one run PVC Conduit shall be measured as one unit.Make of wire: .(Make of wire: Finolex/Polycab/Plaza , Make of PVC Conduit-Plaza/Prestoplast/Precision)

Disconnecting electrical wire from ceiling rose, taking down ceiling fan of any type/size and make, removing substances from bearing, bush by using kerosene oil, carrying out fresh lubrication using grease and to make the ceiling fan noise free for smooth functioning (including replacement of worn-out / unserviceable like capacitor, connector, canopy, bearing, down road, PVC cable etc) assembling the repaired ceiling fan including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour code complete including testing hanging the ceiling fan as its own position, connection with point wiring complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately., as supply only items was labour element in voles for replacement of spare parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer).

Rewinding of the motor of AC ceiling Fan of any make and size 1200 / 1400 mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufacturers specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing heating, drying, assembling of stator & rotor etc including including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour code and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
