Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime or Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as aper item above but except Brick.

Stone walling of Random rubble stone masonry, brought upto course well bonded, bedded and solidely hearted built in Cement Mortar (1:4) including providing weep holes, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed face beds and joints of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course surface n exc.40mm in granite or trap stone complete al

All as per item above but except stone.

Raised pointing to random rubble stone masonry , uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4.

M& L for applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with and including necessary use and waste of form work for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as speci

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness(below or ground level)

M&L for 150mm thick plain Cement concrte type B-2,1:2:4(40mm graded aggregate) as in Flooring, hardstanding as specified and directed

M&L for 65x10mm wide thick contraction joint for slab of 200mm thick filled with sealing compound Gde-A etc complete all as specified.

M&L 60 MM thick factory made coloured inter locking cement concrete tiles with Grade of M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 manufacterd by hdraulic pressure process, with grey cement and pigment laid over sand complete all as specified and directed. Note:-

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm X 25cmX22mm thick set and jointed and poied in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over cement screed 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for PCC path complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia any length single socketed with rubber ring joint, laid in floor/walls as soil pipe, fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for cleaning of sewage lines, manholes of any size and depth working in foul condition of manholes and sewage lines by roding to and fro flushing with water in sewage line between successive manholes and keeping the system functional including water closet floor traps nahani traps gully traps etc upto final drop/outlet into septic tanks removing all blockage in foul situation with mechanically equpt including cleaning of soil/waste/vent pipes and rain water pipes of any description and size in the Trehgam area of AGE B/R-II (Contractor shall provide 2 safaiwala daily).

Dewatering/pumping/bailing out contaminated with waste material sludge from septic tank along with inlet outlet chamber of any capacity/depth by vechile mounted sewage suction machine and disposing same out of contonment area in a closed container including taking off manhole cover and putting back the same after cleaning/removing the liquid waste material of septic tanks and cutting hoel through slap/wall where required for inserting pipe and making good the same with cement mortar to match with existing surface to make hygincially fit,writting the date of cleaning of septic tank with black and white paint of size 150 x 200 mm and finally spraying unslaked lime(bleaching powder) dry around and over the septic tank all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
