Desiltation of sedimentation tank (removal of silts accumulated at the pond, lifting of the same lift up to 1.5mts. and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 20 mts.) and other related allied works with the supply of a minimum of 5 Nos. of manpower each day for a period of 6 days all work complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (CBR>30 or more) (Table:- 400-1 & Table 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification. Supplying hard moorum/kankar at the road side including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading hard moorum for side width etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Compacting the Hard Moorum side width including laying in layer on each side with power roller including artificial watering etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing erecting and testing of 1 HP monoblock pump at site as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting ,writing on boards with two coat base paint of approved quality enamel paint and painting and writing in english / hindi in required shade including the cost of all materials, labour etc complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying damp proof paint of approved brand for water proofing (equivalent to brands such as Berger/Asian) to the roof of building with the minimum quantity of paint as 0.40 Lts. per Sqm at site all complete as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Carriage of Earth/OB by mechanical means including loading unloading and stacking with a lead of 4 Kms etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) / Cement bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Supply of sodium hypo chloride (N2OC1) at site all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Poly Electrolyte Flakes at site all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
