Job responsibilities encompass various tasks associated with operations and maintenance, including grass cutting with a garden sword, manual grass cutting, and the use of a type of lawn mower. Furthermore, the position involves the preparation and upkeep of flower beds, weeding, watering, hedge trimming, hoeing, nursery activities, planting, and other gardening tasks. This role also requires the utilization of small tools and implements such as khurpas, patti, secateurs, bill-hook, among others. The work is to be carried out for a full shift of eight hours (8 hrs) each day, adhering to the directives of the Officer-in-Charge. Ratio of Senior Mali to Malis 1:3. Job entails the operation and management of tractors for tasks such as operating the trolley, water tanker, shrub master, and other equipment. Each of the 3 drivers will work an eight-hour (8 hrs) shift daily, following the directives of the Officer-In-Charge. (The rates quoted in financial bids would cover all the liabilities of the Agency such as cost of Wages, Uniform, Bonus, ESIC, EPF and identity cards of personnel deployed by the contractor and all other statutory liabilities.)
