Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter fair finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and eams, etc.

Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square and rectangular rough finish complete.

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Formwork & reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Formwork & reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in col, pillers, piers, post and struts etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Formwork & reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia & over but upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of rubbish out off the premises, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with Fly Ash Brick (Non-Modular) Class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) as in wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of bricks/ concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in two layers (base layer 10mm & finishing layer 5mm thick) in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement, etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.all as specified and directed

S&F MS posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, door shutters; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface on any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new painted surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type, BO using 12.5 mm graded agg. in copings, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed . (Each line wire to be measured)

M&L Preparing surfaces of steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified.

S&FConcertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia,stretched to 6 meter length, having 50 nos spiral furns per 6 mtr length, Spring core wire (2059 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 1620 N/sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick) hot dip galvanised up to 20 microns,weight of each coil 8.50 kg and fixing the same on existing Y shaped angle iron with 6 horizontal R. B. T. (Reinforced barbed tape) wire stud tied with GI staple sand GI clips to retain horizontal, clips shall be @ 5 nos per 2 spiral turns appx 125 clips per coil including necessary bolts complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Broken glass coping in CM 1:3 on top of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed work such as steel doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, brasses etc confirming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 of quality "A' complete all as specified and directed

S&F concealed PVC conduit of appropriate size not less than 20 mm dia and 1.8 mm thick including all fittings viz tees, bend, junction box etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving (unreinforced) n.exc 15cm thickness above ground level complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concret type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring/Sub base complete all as specified and directed

Suply only MS galvanized chain link fencing 50mmx50mm x4mm size to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment , rubber moulded with laquer polish for extra shine, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 22-25 mm thick, ISI marked, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) in cement screed (1:6) base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Grubbing up tree trunk exc. 30 cm and not exc 100 cm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed

M&L dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete, brick work, masnory etc and making good disturbed ground post embaded in oncrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work including doors,gates, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dismantling for Barbad wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
