Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan on exceeding 6m mean radius, using old size brick, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams, slabs, Chajjas (Soffit only), and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75mm x 75mm of 2mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 35mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturers instruction or 3% by wt of cement all as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair, including 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork etc complete all as directed (Guniting work is to be carried out upto 06 mtr height from ground level). Notes :- (i) Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co. or their authorized dealer.

Complete removal of old roof treatment incuding cement mortar (except mudfushka, brick tile) and removal of grass, small trees by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc incuding removing debries out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, co elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fibre reinforced, having Sun Reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. All cracks up to 3mm at corner joints, channel and parapets should be treated with crack seal. Applying three coats including one coat of primer of ShaliUrethane BTD/ Sikalastic 560/ smart care damp proof-ultra having coverage @ min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution up to 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats (without dilution) of shaliUrethane BTD/Sikalastic 560/smart care damp proof ultra @ total consumption 2 kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%. The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Consultant (Note :6 Hrs interval between two coat will be maintained). All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system.Make: STP/Sika/Asian paint or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:- Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only. (i) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However, contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg/sqm and M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster over the concrete / brick roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag WPC (liquid type) , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of liquid WPC is deemed to be included in quoted rate against this item.

M&L 40mm thick cement concrete1:3:6 type C -1, (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding over roof Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab consisting with following operations:- (i) Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wire brush & dusting, Apply a layer of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 Lit/Sqm on the surface. Laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non-woven polyester matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film. Laying shall be done using butane torch maintaining 100mm side overlap & 150mm end overlap, sealling all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions & corners. The membrane shal be tucked into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar. The treatment shall be provided upto 200mm height above finished floor (Note- The membrane shall have tensile strength of 700N/5cm in longitudinal direction and 450N/5cm in transverse direction at 23 degree celcius, Flow resistance>120 degree celcius, dimensional stability, < 0.5% when tested as per ASTM D 5147. The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers' (ii) Again applying hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane. (iii) Dusting dry sand @ 0.75 Kg per Sqm and applying two coat of silver paint over the membrane. (iv) Prepration of surfaces and applying two coat of aluminium solar reflective paint of complete surfaces.
