Material and labour for surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil, including setting out, getting out excavated material, dressing and levelling the surface, and disposal of excavated soil as specified, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (Type B-1) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in kerb stones, quoin blocks and apex stones, set in cement mortar 1:4, including casting, necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating, curing, handling, transporting, fixing in position, jointing, finishing and all other incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying RCC M-30 Design Mix concrete in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, shelves and similar works, including mixing, laying, vibrating, compacting, finishing, curing, handling and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Design mix shall be approved by the Accepting Officer before commencement of work without any extra payment on this account. (ii) Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate items of this Schedule.

Material and labour for providing and laying RCC M-25 Design Mix concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span and similar works, including mixing, laying, vibrating, compacting, finishing, curing, handling and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Design mix shall be approved by the Accepting Officer before commencement of work without any extra payment on this account. (ii) Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate items of this Schedule.

Material and labour for providing and laying RCC M-25 Design Mix concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, including mixing, laying, vibrating, compacting, finishing, curing, handling and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Design mix shall be approved by the Accepting Officer before commencement of work without any extra payment on this account. (ii) Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate items of this Schedule.

Material and labour for providing and constructing brick masonry with subclass ‘B’ burnt clay old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, including soaking of bricks, raking of joints, scaffolding, curing, finishing and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing 16 mm to 18 mm thick Dholpur stone cladding, gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour, each stone slab area exceeding 0.25 m² and not exceeding 0.50 m², fixed with and including one number SS clamp (Grade-202) of flat 30 mm × 2 mm, 150 mm long, made to shape in each slab, including making V-groove at top and bottom of stone, drilling holes for hold fasteners, polishing, rubbing and silicon treatment, including scaffolding and fixing at height up to 7 m, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works for flat surfaces not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping), including necessary supports, props, staging, strutting, fixing, alignment, removal after completion and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works for curved surfaces not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping), including necessary supports, props, staging, strutting, centering, fixing, alignment, removal after completion and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves, overhangs, etc., including supports, props, strutting, staging and splays between floors and beams on rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, including fixing, alignment, removal and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
