Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars without damaging adjacent structure and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at place inside DAE installation identified as dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineering-in-charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @20% in respect of soil and 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements 2) The earth shall be dammed well inside the damping yard not over approach pathway road. Lead charges for lead Exceeding 50m but not exceeding 3Kilometer.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and dirctored including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the form work will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel confirming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make ' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts .

Providing and laying cast -insitu M20 Grade controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum of size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates with 320Kg of cement per Cu.m concrete including weigh batching, charges for mixing and cost admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, column, lintels, sunshades, gutter slab, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary all as per specification all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing and cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtain for dosage and compatibility. 2.Test certificate of cement procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related work by the Contractor. 3.The rate shall be quoted on the bases of using minimum cement per Cu.m. of concrete mention below for relevant grade of concrete any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of the cement specified in Schedule F.

Proving and construction brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specification and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc for the following floors. For Basement and Ground Floor

Proving and construction brick masonry at all lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt stock bricks including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer scaffolding, raking out joints on both faces etc., complete as per specification and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and construction Random Rubble Masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bound stones at 2.00 meters apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, ranking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts .

Providing plastering to the internal surface of brickwork/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surface with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves where ever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surface of brickwork/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surface with pointed tool, scaffloding, finishing, curing,forming grooves where ever necessary ,all as per specifications.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlin etc. using MS hollow/circular/square/rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/ Zinc chromate primer of approved colour and make and 2 coat of flat oil paint/ synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the EIC. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S plain plates and chequrred plates in embedded parts, trench covers, connection plates etc. including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved Zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Structural steel plates to be used shall be of approved make.

Providing 175mm dia bore well in all types of soil including soft/hard rock to a depth of 30.00 metre using pneumatic core drilling machine at location ( including excavating trial pits before starting bore well) shown by the EIC, all as per specification and drawing.

Providing and lowering of 150mm dia 3mm thick PVC pipe of 6kg sq.cm. pressure rating including making holes/slots wherever required and providing course sand around the pipe, top of the pipe covered with PVC cap etc., complete all as directed by the EIC

Supply and fixing electrically operated submergible water pump of 1H.P capacity from the make of CRI/TEXMO/SUGUNA including all fittings and accessories required for 25mtr dreep borewell. The cost includes transportation, installation and testing at plant site as per EIC instructions.

Supplying and filling the foundation and basement with Quarry dust, filling in the layers of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/mechanical roller including watering, levelling, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast unit of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid unit, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc., in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate with 380Kg of cement per Cu.m concrete including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer..
