Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a Depth of 150mm by Mechanical Means: Scarifying the existing bituminous road furface to a depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4

Water bound Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibrator 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the inter slices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Grade III

Prime Coat: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.(A) (i) With bitumen emalsion-CSS-1h.

Tack Coat: - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emultion pressure distributor @ 0.20Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface, cleaned with mechanical broom. (a) (I) With Bitumen emulsion CSS-1H/ (C) Granular surface treate with primer Rate as per SOR.

Semi- Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour usin gcrushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumious binder @4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT & H cl no. 508 complete in all respect

Semi-Reflective Traffic Signs: Direction and place identification signs more than 0.90 sqm sign board: Providing and erecting dirction and place identification of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paints white colour in front and gray colour on back with reflective border of 70mm width and required message, letters,figures with reflective tape of engineering grade as per MORD specification of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on two nos. 47mmx47mm of 12 SWG square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25mm X 5 mm MS flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade Cement concrete 450 mmx 450 mm x600 mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification clause 1701
