Providing false ceiling and Internal painting for VIP Dining hall in Guest house at DAE Township, Anupuram.

Painting all internal faces of plastered surfaces/ceiling with one coat of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with Two coat of Interior Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Painting for Steel work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make over old steel work suitably prepared for surface and paint by scraping, rubbing, etc., as per specifications.

Filling the gap between windows / ventilators and wall jambs with CM and finishing the edges with silicon sealant of approved make at all levels including filling the inner gap alround with CM without causing any damages to the window / glass, finishing the joint with silicon sealant using injecting guns, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Fixing of False ceiling with Lay in Plain metal ceiling System of Armstrong or approved equivalent make using 600x600mm Lay in tiles of pre - coated galvanised steel in 0.5 mm thickness of approved colour, laid over grid system of make Armstrong suspension system or other approved system with 15mm wide T - section flanges having rotary stitching on the Main Runner suspended from the ceiling at required intervals including providing suitable opening for mounting of lighting fixtures & fittings, loud speakers, fire alarm system component and lighting system, also provision for Trap doors where ever required with necessary opening & locking arrangements for the accesses to air-conditioning Duct etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Plain metal false ceiling system: Note: i) Main runner shall be spaced at 1200mm centre securely fixed to the structural soffit using approved suspension system at maximum spacing of 1200mm and not more than 150mm from the spliced joint. The first and last suspension shall not be greater than 600mm from adjacent wall. ii) 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm centre to form 1200x600mm module and 600x600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees in burds mouth notches. Perimeter trim using wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centers. iii) The suspension system accessories of make Armstrong or other approved make consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical Hangers made of Galvanized steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2mm with a GI coating of 80gsm, A pre Straightened Hanger wire of dia 2.65 mm of 1.8 m length with GI coating of 80gsm along with Adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm thick and galvanized spring steel for 2.68 mm. The adjustable clip shall also consists of 3.5 mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner. iv) The work shall be executed with skilled manpower as per manufacturers specification.

Providing and laying first quality Jointless Polished Vitrified tiles of following sizes with water absorptions less than 0.08% conforming to IS: 15622 of JOHNSON (Marbonite-PVT-DC) or KAJARIA (PVT-DC) or other approved make for flooring and skirting in all colours, shades and design of approved pattern including setting over base layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm or by using tile adhesive of approved make, grouting the joints with epoxy based joint filling material or other equivalent jointing materials, curing, cleaning the surface with acid wash etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before making bulk order)

Cleaning the existing stained vitrified/ceramic tile surfaces at all lifts by washing the entire floor/wall area using hydrochloric acid of 30% concentration, soap oil, washing powder, etc. without damaging the tiles including the cost of hydrochloric acid, soap oil, washing powder, cleaning the dust/debris/smoke, removing cobwebs, washing thoroughly the tile surfaces, cleaning the wall, ceiling, joineries disposing the debris away from the site within a lead of 100 metres etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the existing false ceiling grid system including removing the damaged tiles and grid system without causing damage to the structures disposal of unserviceable surplus material, stacking of serviceable material at departmental stores, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer - In - charge.
