Operation and Maintenance Contract of Fire Alarm & Detection System at New Terminal Building, ATC-cum- Tech. Block, New Power House, Cargo Complex, AAI/BCAS Offie Complex, ASR/MSSR & SMR Building, DVOR, Localizer, Glide Path, NDB comprising of control panels, repeater panels, Manual Call Points, Detectors, Hootes, Mimic Panel, PA System, GSM/Landline based Autodialer, Batteries complete circuit & loop wiring etc. i/c all other associated accessories for satisfactory operation & making the system serviceable, periodically cleaning & testing all the associated accessories confirming to OEM specification and Special Terms and conditions attending the breakdown/ faults, preventive maintenance, ensuring serviceablility / satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of records / documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including Sundays and holidays complete as required.

Operation and maintenance of Fire hydrant and sprinkler System on around the clock basis with the help of manpower as specified for New Terminal Building , ATC cum Technical Block, AAI/BCAS Office Complex, Air Cargo Complex ; comprising of different capacity of Electric pump motor sets, Diesel Engine Pump sets, De-watering pumps, Butterfly/sluice Valves, pipe line, Fire Hydrants, Sprinklers etc. as per good engineering practice complete in all respect as required and as per specification.

Replacement of B Check Kit for the following capacity Diesel Engine i/c replacement of multi grade oil as required.

Repairing & servicing of following capacity pump sets after dismantaling and providing all necessary defective/wornout parts such as nut-bolts, rubber gasket, gland dori, rubber coupling, suitable bearings etc. and re- assembling the pump, making the pump set in perfect working condition as per good engineering practice complete in all respect as required at site.(Item will be executed only if required)

Painting of Fire Hydtant/ Sprinklar pipeline of different sizes installed inside/ outside of terminal building / Cargo Terminal with two or more coats of painting with synthetic enamel paint to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent etc of approved brand or as approved by engineer-in-charge as required.

Supply and fixing of fire hydrant/ Sprinkler MS pipe line to bypass leaking underground inaccessible pipe line of following sizes inside/outside of terminal building on surface including cutting, threading, welding etc. and providing all fittings e.g. elbows, reducers, flanges, gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers including MS Fabricated support of suitable size for MS Pipe hanging on wall with MS Angle, clamps, hangers etc. including painting of pipes and fittings with red paint over a coat of ready mixed primer, both of approved quality and shade including cutting holes and chases in brick or RCC walls/ slabs and making good the same etc. complete in all respect as required.

Supply and laying of fire hydrant/ Sprinkler MS pipe line to bypass leaking underground in accessible pipe line of following sizes inside/outside of terminal building on ground including cutting, threading, welding etc. and providing all fittings e.g. elbows, reducers, flanges, gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers including support of brick work upto a height of 600 mm from ground surface including painting of pipes and fittings with red paint over a coat of ready mixed primer, both of approved quality and shade etc. complete in all respect as required.

Replacement of existing damaged outdoor type hose cabinet by providing and fixing the new hose cabinet ( 1.0 m x 0.55m x 0.85m) made of not less than 3 mm aluminium sheet having central opening glazed door including necessary locking arrangement and painting work including also providing M.S. angles mounting frame suitable for accommodating external hydrant valve as per site requirement.

Replacement of the damage door locks of Internal / External Fire Hydrant box.

Replacement of the damage door glass and aluminium frame of existing External Fire Hydrant box.

Replacement of Pressure Gauges with new 150/100 mm dial Pressure Gauges including required modification and fixing of New 15 mm control valve and accessories as required at site.

Constructing masonry chamber 90x90x100 cm inside with 7.5 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand) for butterfly/sluice valve with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter,160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix(1cement:2coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10( 1 cement:5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand), 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with FPS bricks.

Providing and fixing of cast iron butterfly valves of following size on the existing M S Pipes, by cutting, and making exact gap on pipe and fixing including flanges, gaskets ,bolt ,nut & washers etc. as required:-
