Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. a)Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. a)For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level a)1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing flat iron brackets 50x3 mm size with necessary bolts, nuts and washers etc. for fixing G.S. sheets gutters with purlins.

Providing and fixing anodised Aluminium sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : a)Gutter (600 mm over all girth)

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. a)Two coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a)One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. a)Semi rigid pipe 32 mm dia

Providing and fixing PTMT 15 mm Urinal spreader size 95x69x100 mm with 1/2" BSP thread and shapes, weighing not less than 60 gms.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality a)15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality : a)15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions : a)15 mm nominal bore 45 cm length

Providing and fixing C.P. brass pillar tap 15mm nominal bore for wash basins as directed.

Providing and laying 2.00mm thick Anti-static polyvinyle chloride sheet on a smooth and base using rubber based adhesive (viz Dunlop 8758 equivalent) including cleaning levelling and drying of base including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 Kg, making copper strip grid of required size (for connecting to earthing) all compete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge. (Cost of copper strip to be paid extra)

Supplying of Copper strip/ foil 40mm x 0.1mm of required length for laying bothways in floor as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Removing and disposal of damage, wornout Anti static/PVC flooring within the compound,etc all complete as directed by the engineer in charge. Area up to 20 Sqm

Dismantling damage and wornout MS gutters including fixtures, etc., and stacking the material within the compound,etc all complete. Note 1. Height of gutter up to 14 Mtrs from Ground Level. 2. Double scoffolding will be paid separately.

Extra for providing PVC spacers of 2mm thickness at cross tile junctions for fixing the vitrified floor tiles

Making scaffolding with bamboo and ropes with good quality bamboo props with vertical spacing not more than 1.80 m c/c and horizontal spacing not more than 1.20 m c/c tying it with building at intermediate points and making arrangement to inspect the work by providing access platforms to work upto 14.00 Mtr Height above Ground Level including removing the same after completion of work, taking all care against safety of work force and building structures etc, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.( Height and length of scaffolding to be measured)

Repairs to the cracks by chipping of unsound/weak/mortar/ concrete material from the walls,slabs, beams,columns etc. with manual Chisel including tapering of all edges, cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Then mixing and applying in the cracks SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers.

Replacing of wornout health faucet with new 15mm dia SS Brass health faucet of Jaguar make or rate equivalent with 1m long SS hose etc all complete.

Removing of blockages in the CPVC water supply lines from overhead tank to all the toilets by removing silt and dirt etc., all complete and as directed by the Engineer -in -Charge.

Arresting leakages in floor of toilet by removing and regrouting all the loose space all round the floor trap and SWR pipes form inside and out side with sealing compound and also completely grouting the floor tile joints with water sealing epoxy adhesive etc., all complete and as directed by the Engineer -in -Charge.
