Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic (double charged) tiles 8 to 10mm thick of any shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles as in floors exc. 0.42 and not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 2.00 above but, on vetical surface such as skirting including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile as in floor exceeding 0.11 and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/ shade) of 300 x 450 x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/ skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of store slabs and tiles of any discription or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished and exposed visible edge moulding/ rounding) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats of any description without taking of shutter from the frame exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exc. 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame of any description n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each without taking of shutter from the frame and remove of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed (5.0mm thick plain/ coloured glass) alumnium door powder coated consisting of frame of 63mm x 38mm size with shutter fixed on frame both side openable on pivotal arrangment with including necessary cutting hole in wall & floor door shutter consists of top rail size is 83 x 44mm, bottom rail & lock rail size is 110 x 44mm & style of door shutter is 83 x 44mm with handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges has fitted on frame as required fixed with rubber gasket & aluminum beading any No of panels with aluminum handle, locking arrangement, floor spring and floor door stopper including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips etc. (Aluminum section thickness 2mm) complete all as specified and directed.
