Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in F&F using 40mm size CBHG metal of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing Vetrified tiles (Coloured/Printed series) in floors,Trades of steps & Landing of size 600mm x 1200mm of approved make confirming to IS 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement morter(1:4) ( 1 cement:4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fixing of Vetrified tiles (Coloured/Printed series) in Dado with with cement morter(1:3) with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing & polishing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying & fitting - fixing of two track UPVC sliding Window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutter and all fitting & fixtures etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Painting wall Surface one coat with wall Primer to give an even shed before applying weather coat to Exterior walls including cost of Primer , labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with any approved plastic emulsion paint to interior wall surface including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with approved enamel paint over a coat of primer Including cost of all materials etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
