Supply and installation of 20 Mtr height and 20 sided polygonal galvanized steel high mast lighting system suitable for 12 luminaire symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and it should have 410 mm dia at base,150 mm dia at top, material of construction asper BS EN 10025 / IS 2062,hot dip galvanised asper IS 4759/IS 2629,thickness of galvanisation 85 Microns for bottom sec 65 Microns for top sec, it should be withstand 180 Km/Hr wind force, foundation bolts 08 Nos with 490 mm PCD,M30 dia,850 mm length including stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia having 2350 Kgs breaking capacity 3 Nos for lantern carriage and 2 Nos for double drum winch including double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm,pully assembly,1.5 HP motor with self lubricated gear assembly,EPR insulated PCP sheathed copper trailing cable of 5Cx4 sq mm, LED aviation obstruction light-02 Nos,lightning arrestor spike of length 1200 mm, engraved name plate including RCC foundation as per design for 20 Mtr height GI high mast pole including timer DB, suitable feeder panel with grouting and PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply, laying, jointing & testing, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric LT UG cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade laid in trenches or in duct/passed through pipes or fixed to wall/poles etc. cross sectional area of size 16 sqmm 4core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft /loose soil all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread ribbed soil in trenches, as in cable cushioning all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness will be considered for payment.

Material and labour Brick protection cover on cable with sub class 'B' brick, laid dry and flat adjacent to each other complete all as specified.

Material and labour for G.I. tubing light grade of size 40mm bore for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for path ways and hard standing including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash on exposed surfaces etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cutting PCC / road 100 mm thick for laying of LT UG cable and relaying 100 thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement and hard standing by trenchless method by adopting horizontal boring using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including supply and insertion of HDPE pipe 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure confirming to IS specified and as directed. Note:- Depth will not be less than 2m below the road, pavement and hard standing without damaging the road, pavement and hard standing.

Supply and fixing LED 300 watts white colour lamp flood light fitting for fixing high mast lighting system with all accessories pre wired all as specified and as directed. Make: Cat part No.CFS-501-300-57-30D-SL-GL-NGG of Crompton or its equivalent in Bajaj / Havells / Philips

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washer including test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch / control board up to 7.5 metre away from earth electrode and including GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore protection pipe & necessary excavation and earth work in any strata, PCC chambers in PCC 1:3:6 type B1, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm C/C both ways, with lifting handle, watering pipe of GI medium grade 20mm dia, wire mesh, funnel, lugs and charcoal, salt etc all as applicable and as per plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified.
