(A) Removal of following unserviceable parts of existing furniture items of various MES F/DB/FD drgs carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, weldging, glueint, providing hinges, denting applying putty for levelled surface, placing everypart in-tact and painting/polishing the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs, all as specified and directed. (B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE(W) COLABA including BSO'S Furniture Yard, all as specified and directed.

Chair Computer FD/E6/MAP/01

M&L for removal of old unserviceable seat of Chair Computer in any position and S&F new seat of size 510mmx 470mmx 60mm made up of 12 mm thick ply wood BWR Grade Make: Century Ply / Archid / Green Ply, 60 mm thick, 32 density PU cushion of Make: Curl On, Sleep well/ Spring Well covered with tapestry cloth of Make: D'Decor/ vivid collection of approved shade by GE. Rest all as shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Ref Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/01

M&L for removing old unserv Gas lifting assembly (fitted with bottom of the seat) and S&F new gas lift having chrome free cylinder tube shall be fixed in MS black powder coated outer central coloumn tube 38 mm dia and 2 mm thick. It shall have 100mm strock length and gas pressure of 300n force. Make : Nilkamal/GTB/MBTC

M&L for removing old unserviceable castor wheel and S&F new PVC twin wheel castor 50 mm (Load Capacity of 80 Kg to 100 Kg) Make : Nilkamal/GTB/MBTC

M&L for removal of old unserviceable pedestal assembly and supply & fixing of new pedestal assembly of injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon, 10.5mm dia forged bright zink plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castor (600mm pitch centre dia)as shown on drawing. M&L for removal of Handles and supply & fixing of new scrach proof and wheather resistant handle as shown in drawing and directed by Engg-in-charge. Make DUCK/ Raj chairs.

M&L for Painting of all steel surfaces by coating black paint of Make: Berger/ Asian/ Shalimar after rusting/ grinding the steel surfaces of computer chair amd laminited part of polishing of chair computer.

Table Computer FD/E6/MAP/03

Removing of unserviceable top and supply and fixing new top of size 560mm x 900mm shall be made up of 18mm thick ply wood BWR Gde of Make : Century ply/ Green ply/ Archid Ply with both side laminated with laminate sheet of Make: Century ply/ Green ply/ Archid Ply of approved colour /Shade as directed by GE/Engg-in-Charge with polished 4 mm thick teak wood beading all round the top.

All as per item No. 10 here-in-before but unsrv key board tray. Supply and fixing new key board tray of size 450mmx425mm shall be fixed on 14-18 inch telescopic channel . Telescopic channels of Make : Hettich/ Kaff shall be provided.

All as per item No 10 here-in-before but Bottom shelf of size 300mm x 700mm.

M&L for removal of old broken Telescopic channels of drawer and S&F new one of 14-18 inch Make : Hettich/ Kaff shall be provided.Rest all as shown in drg.

Removing unserviceable lock of drawer and supply and fixing new lock suitable for drawer with duplicate key of Make: Mortice/Harrison/ Link all as shown on drawing and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for Painting of all steel surfaces by coating black paint of Make: Berger/ Asian/ Shalimar after rusting/ grinding the steel surfaces of computer table.

M&L for removal of Nylon buffers and supply & fixing of new buffers of 35mm dia to legs as specified in drawing.

TV Trolley (FD/E6/MAP/04)

Removing of unserviceable top and supply and fixing new top of size 750mm x 600mm shall be made up of 18mm thick ply wood BWR Gde of Make : Century ply/ Green ply/ Archid Ply with both side laminated with laminate sheet of Make: Century ply/ Green ply/ Archid Ply of approved colour /Shade as directed by GE/Engg-in-Charge with polished 4 mm thick teak wood beading all round the top.

All as per item No 20 here-in-before but sides of TV Trolley of size 700mmx 500mm.

Removing old unserviceable castors wheel and supply and fixing new castors wheel 50mm dia swivel type suitable for TV Trolley all as shown on drawing

Removing old broken glass and supply and fixing two sided movable 2 glass shutters of size 700mmx 275mm on almn channel fixed on front door alround. Glasses shall be of 5mm thick Make: Saint Gobin/ Modi Guard/ Swastik fixed with steel wheels of appropriate size for sliding on channel irrespective of what shown on Drg.

Teapoy Verandah FD-255

Removal of unserviceable / broken Top of the table and S&F New top of size 900mm x450mm made up of 18mm thick plywood BWR Gde of Make : Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century ply and laminate sheet of approved shade of Make: Archid Ply/Kit Ply/ century ply with 4mm with teak wood bidding with semi round shape all round the top of table

M&L for Spot welding to broken steel parts of Teapoy Verandah.

Removing existing unserviceble rubber shoes and replace with 25mm dia hard rubber shoe for legs of make: AMK/polyton as approved by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surface of the Teapoy Verandah by removing all dents filling with putty and spray painting with 2 coats of white synthetic enamel paint of Make: Berger/ Asian/ Shalimar paints all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing old & unserviceable front door Particle board of upper drawers from Table bed side and S/F new front door of upper drawer of size 414mmx 100mm made out of 18mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board of Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/Century Ply with teak wood beading alround the board duly screwed with 02 L shaped stainless steel flat angle strip of size 25mmx25mmx 2mm ; 50mm long . all as specified & shown in drg and directed by Engg-in Charge.
