S/R to Kurujanga - Mangalpur Road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Flank dressing on road embankment / shoulders to proper camber & grade including cost of all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of exisiting old and damaged BT surface upto and removing debiris away from work site including all labour T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on old prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desire density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridges work as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Labour for scarping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.00 kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built-up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 kg of 80/100 grade bitumen for 10 Sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size h.g.c.b. chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including heating , pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen, metal , chips and rolling with P.R.R including hire & running charges of P.R.R and all other machinaries with all cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providing & laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads , transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specification for road & Bridges Work

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil including earth mixed with boulder (except sheet rocks and boulder requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour ,T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing concrete for plain concrete of M-15 in open foundations as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202,1203 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain concrete of M-15 in Sub-structure as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202,1203 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
