M&L in repair for earthing Complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised eath lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts ,check nuts & washers of G I or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 3 SSR part I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

All as per serial item No 1 above but using copper plate 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead all as specified

M & L in repair earth continuity conductor GI wire 4.00 mm dia fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed any other indicated situation for direct/loop earthing with proper PVC/Porcelain insulator etc all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair of PVC Polymer/Porcelain insulator for existing GI/Aluminium/copper strip support all as specifed and directed

S & F in repair for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete fixed on wall in and including sheet steel enclosure of thickness 2 mm thickness with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F In repair air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on GI pipe 15mm approx 1mtr hight with base firmly on the roof top using PCC of size 30x30x30 cm and necessary screws,saddles all as directed

M & L for Repair/Reconditiong of exisitng earth pit by removing damaged Earth PCC chambers and excavate pit soil upto 25% of earth plate/electrode and adding alternate layers of charcoal, mixture of salt and copper sulphate up to 15cm above the earth plate/electrode and moist the mixture using water , cleaning/replacing of funnel with wire mesh where ever necessary ,testing the earthing after reconditioning that the earth resistance value should not be morethan 1.5 Ohms , making good to distrubed surface and all as specified and directed at site. Note: 1. Deemed including excavation, returning filling and connected items. 2. Salt , charcoal , copper Sulphate, pit chamber , Testing will be measured and paid seperatly

Supply only pure charcoal granular/aggregate type having Ash content < 5% , stone free for earthing

Supply only iodine free pure common salt crystal ( NaCl) for earthing

Supply only copper sulphate crystal (CuSO4) for earthing

M & L for Testing of earth resistance of existing earthing using calibrated 3/4 wire digital Earth resistance tester and recording the earth resistance value in register , obtaining the signature of user and MES executive after verification all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge. Note:- contractor has to provide digital earth resistance tester and should be available all the time during the contract period.

Supply and fixing in repair LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 36 watt, 220 V AC recessed/ surface type as required on ground with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the ceiling fans 1200/1400mm at site of any make and servicing of ceiling fan complete with greasing incl refixing the same after servicing checking properly by removing and replaced the unsv parts such as nut bolts, split pins rubber reel,necessary threading for rods etc.re-connecting the fans to ceiling rose/connector complete with 23 / 0.0076 " flexible twin core copper conductor cable from fan to ceiling rose/connector (rubber reel to be measured and paid against relevant items) and re-assembling the same with proper accessories and testing complete all specified and directed.

Taking down the exhaust fans 300/380/450 mm at site of any make and servicing of exhaust fan complete with greasing refixing the same after servicing checking properly by removing and replaced the unsv parts such as nut bolts, pins rubber bushes etc.re-connecting the fans to ceiling rose/connector complete with 23 / 0.0076 " flexible twin core copper conductor cable from fan to ceiling rose/connector and re-assembling the same with proper accessories and testing complete all specified and directed.

Taking down the wall mounted fan at site of any make and servicing of wall mounting fan complete with greasing refixing the same after servicing checking properly by removing and replaced the unsv parts such as nut bolts, split pins etc.re-connecting the fans to ceiling rose/connector complete with 23 / 0.0076 " flexible twin core copper conductor cable from fan to ceiling rose/connector and re-assembling the same with proper accessories and testing complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ball bearing in replacement as per existing for ceing fan/exhaust fan/wall mounted fan.all as specified and directed.

S&F inreplacement rubber reel of suitable size for ceiling fan with necessary clamp and nut & bolt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair capacitor of cap 2.5 MFD paper type for fans complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair capacitor of cap 3.15 MFD paper type for fans complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for detecting faults at site of ceing fan,exhaust fan,wall mounting fan any type and make in CHAF area under AGE EM CHAF and rectifiying the defects and make functional including replacing of unserviceable defective electrical/spares accessories Note :- (i) Rate for any item shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule (ii) Essential material like, insulation tape,screws and all tools required for carrying out the works and instruments to the detect fault shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (iii) The work is of day to day maintenace, required Electricians and Helper has to be attend daily for carryout the above work. (iv) Non rctification of complaints penal charge of Rs 300/- per complaint shall be imposed.

Taking Down and Refixing incl Painting of water heaters (Geysers) of following capacity of any make/model in site with synthetic enamel paint by brush including filling of cavities with fillers one coat after cleaning all dust etc including writing MES numbers etc all as specified and directed following sizes:-

Dismantling following unserviceable items/parts from water heaters of any capacity/make/model, supply and fix inreplacement with new items/parts of same capacity/type/model, connecting up and testing :-

M&L in replacement the Geysers from building and taking out the inner container(copper) and repairing the cracks by soldering /gas welding/Tinkering and reassembling the inner container, sealing the gap and refixing in same position of the building and testing
