SWIPH and SWOPH System: Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Sea Water Intake System and sea water outfall system and associated equipments, in sequence as per the operational procedures and also Monitoring & taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning, checking the oil levels and topping up the oil whenever required and attending the gland leaks for pumps and valves etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

CWPH System Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Cooling Water Pump House System including cooling water pumps, ACW pumps, blowdown pumps etc., and sludge transfer pumps and other associated equipments in NDCT in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., checking the oil levels and topping up the oil whenever required and attending the gland leaks for pumps and valves as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

PAC and Aux. Boiler :Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Plant Air Compressor system, Aux Boiler Operation in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

HVAC and Air Washer system: Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of HVAC and Air washer system in BTG areas like CCR, TG building, GIS and ESP from control room and FOPH, SWIPH, AHP MCC Buildings, CHP MCC Buildings,CWPH in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Fire Water Pump House System : Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during the commissioning of Fire Water Pump House System, High Velocity Water Spray system, Medium Velocity Spray System, Inert gas system, including pipe lines, all types of valves with fire Protection and alarm pannels and etc., in sequence as per the operational procedures and also Monitoring & taking readings at local for entire system inside & outside of the plant and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Electrical Systems Charges for assisting Pre Commissioning Activities and condition monitoring of Electrical Systems in Boiler, First Pass, , HWL valve 1 & 2, Boiler Circulating Pump, LP Condensate pumps, Separators, Soot Blowers, Wall blowers, Wind Box, Burner registers, Burner oil skids & oil guns, H SOFA & L SOFA registers, Emergency cooling water tank and connected pumps and valves, Spray station, Soot blower Station, Scanner air fans, Oil station in the boiler area, all Motor / hand operated valves etc, including PRDS / Deaerator floor station.

Confirmation of Valve Operation along with PLC of DMF (7 Nos.), Basket Strainer, Cartridge Filter, Ultra Filtration (4 Nos) and Sea Water Reverse Osmosis System (3 Nos) and collection of samples from various locations for analysis, Preparation and Dosing of SMBS, Anti scalent, HCL, for SWRO System, CaCl2, NaHCO3 for maintain LSI parameters at Desalination Plant.

Service Water, Potable Water System – Lime Softening bed, CO2 injection, operation along with PLC and Collection Of Sample for analysis and other allied works.

Assisting to Chemist in all field analysis at Ultra Filtration, Sea Water Reverse Osmosis System to finding the values Conductivity, TDS, Suspended solids, Turbidity, SDI, Free chlorine at various sampling points and strength of dosing chemicals such as SMBS, Antiscalent, HCL, CaCl2, NaHCo3 and LSI parameters and other allied works.

Charges of collection & preparation of Coal Samples from Bunker & Shipment in shift duty and Cleaning of the waste coal samples at Coal sampling room and Laboratory

Charges of Collection of pulverized coal samples from the Mill of Running Units, Collection of Bottom Ash & Fly Ash samples of Running Units and other allied works.
