The Railway reserves the right to procure entire or bulk quantity from the RDSO approved Vendors or the supplier with tender specific authorization from the RDSO approved Vendors .UVAM sub item i d 3100180001, Clause 16.3,16.5 of General Tender Condition of Eastern Railway will be applicable in this case.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.
