Earth work in all kinds of soil within 50m. initial lead & 1.5m. initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth & as per direction of the engineer–in–charge.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for 100 cum

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40m size B.H.G .C.B metal in foundation with watering ,curing including cost of materials,royalty & conveyance charges with all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work in ground floor of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade crusher broken hard Granite chips including hoisting & laying with cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead ,T & P etc all complete .Column raft

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Brick work with fly ash. bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth

Fly ash bricks of 25cmx12cmx8cm. Size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm. With dimensional tolerance +2%. percentin cement mortar (1:6) brick masonary in super structure.
