TRD work in connection with electrification work at ART crane shed at line no. 9 at RPAN Yard.

Tenderer must have to submit valid Electrical Contractor license as per Indian Electricity Rules (for working in 25 KV or Above) issued by Government Electrical License Board on or before closing date of tender. Copy of which should be submitted along with the tender offer.

I/we hereby declare that I/we have downloaded the tender documents from Indian Railway website www.ireps.gov.in . I/we have verified the content of the document from the website and there is no addition, no deletion or no alteration to the content of the tender document. In case of any discrepancy noticed at any stage i.e. evaluation of tenders, execution of work or final payment of the contract, the master copy available with the railway Administration shall be final and binding upon me/us.

I/we declare and certify that I/we have not made any misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments in proof of the qualification requirements.

I/We also understand that my/our offer will be evaluated based on the documents/credentials submitted along with the offer and same shall be binding upon me/us.

I/we understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be forged/false at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the Bid Security and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year. For Limited Company a) Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association of Company. b)Self /Notary attested copy of resolution passed by Board of Directors authorizing its Director/Employee to deal with tender on behalf of company. c) Attested copy of Notarized Special Power of Attorney including ratification clause duly signed by person authorized by the company.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

All material third party inspection has to be ensured. Any exemption from Third party inspection will be given by SRDEE/TRD/Office.

Agency should give there email id and mobile no. on which instruction for daily work will be issued for different site. 12 hour will be given after mail/message for arranging labor and site supervisor

No work can be carried out without availability of site supervisor. if site supervisor is not available , then work will be stopped and penalty of Rs 50,000/ day per site will be imposed for it.

All staff at site should wear all safety gears and follow all safety precaution to avoid any untoward incident .If staff is found without proper safety gear, then work will be stopped and penalty of Rs 50,000 per day per site will be imposed

If staff as per message of SSE/Office is not provided by Agency, then penalty of Rs 50,000 per day per site will be imposed for delay in work on Agency

For any block burst, penalty will be imposed as per train detention cost analysis by operating department.

Work will be need to be done at multiple site at same time. No excuse will be entertained by Administration regarding working at multiple site. In case , staff is not provided by Agency for multiple site, then penalty of Rs 1,00,000 per site per day will be imposed on the Agency.

For any damage to railway, recovery will be made as per cost of damage to railway.
