REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT ELECTRIC CABLES HT LT CAPACITOR BANK OVERHAULING OF HT VCB TRANSFORMER LT BUS DUCTS LT ACB MCCB AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AND PAINTING OF ELECTRICAL MACHINE EQUIPMENTS AND ALLIED ELECTRIC WORKS AT INHS ASVINI UNDER AGE (I) A

Amount

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, 400/630/800/1200 Amps from location and repair /overhauling and carrying out with the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: spare parts will be measured & paid seperately.)

(i) Inspecting / overhauling of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly swich assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of tripping assembly,earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system.

(iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Material and labour for painting of HT VCB capacity 250/350MVA,11KV, 400/630/800/1200Amps, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning, scraping, and filling of cavities for out side surface and in side surface of VCB and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Opening the bus-bar chamber, CT chamber, PT Chamber and Meter chamber of HT 11KV, panel board and carry out following and all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: spare parts shall be measured & paid seperately.) :-

(i) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling of bus bar chamber by checking of bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying STRIPPEX(A), STRIPPEX(B) and HT tape and test with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

(ii) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling of CT/PT chamber by checking of Bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and checking of wiring system and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying anti tracking paint on CT's and insulators and HT Tape.

Overhauling, calibration and secondary injection of over current earth fault relays/release on each multiple setting readjustment by artificial load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing complete.

Dismantling, overhauling and testing Potential transformer capacity 11 KV / 110 volts, AC and replacement of worn out spares such as contacts, bushing, control wiring fibre plates, gaskets , transformer oil and applying multi grease to the mechenical parts & dry graphite conductive sealant to contacts etc & re-assembling the same and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Spare parts and oil will be measured and paid seperately)

Testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil of indoor type transformer, 11KV/433 volt, filteration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant to remove moisture, impurities and improving di-electic strength to above 40 KV for 1 minute including new transformer oil for toping up & testing after filtration complete as specified. (Note: Transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately.)

Supply only transformer oil with 50KV di-electric strength for topping up and replacement of old/burnt transformer oil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of breather with 500 Grams silica gel of indoor type transformer for 1600KVA, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Spray Painting of Transformer 1600KVA ,11KV/440Volt capacity, indoor type with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning, scraping, and filling of cavities complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting of LT and HT cable carefully from Transformer and draining out transformer oil, dismantling transformer 1600KVA ,11KV/440Volt, top cover and dismantling of 4Nos LT bushing and 3Nos of HT bushing including necessary tools and plant for attending leakage problem with replacement of oil seal, all gaskets, thermometer(oil temperature gauge) and reassembling complete all as directed.(Note : New Transformer oil and spare parts will be measured and paid separately excluding oil seal and thermometer i.e oil temperature gauge)

Material and labour in repair of burnt out studs and bushing with nuts of Transformer 1600KVA ,11KV/440Volt, any material by providing new copper alloy stud with nut,washers and bushing with oil seals on HT side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to Existing LT electric panels Indoor type of each Transformer by taking shut down from appropiate authority including checking loose connections and tight connection and cleaning inside/out side all connection, replacing all cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors, providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting (silver colour) / powder coating and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as directd and specified. (Note: The tenders quoted rate per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of taking out burnt ACB/ MCB/MCCB/Voltmeter/Ampiermeter/CT/LED lamps of any type and discription etc and refixing the same, which shall be measured and paid as supply only vide relivent items of this schedule.)

(i) Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going feeders i.e includinging MCCB/SFU/Changeover switches/Contactors/ ACB's thorouly with help of Vaccum Cleaner. (ii) Checking the loose connections of incoming and out going feeders and rectifify the same with help of new GI nut bolts and washers (iii) Replacing the burnt out color coated PVC Sleeve of main and fedders bus bar with appropriated size of New PVC heat shrinkable sleeves -01Job (iv) Replacing Burnt out Voltmeters/Ammeters/Indicating Lamps/Hrc Fuses-01Job. (Note: New items will be measured and paid separatly)

(v) Replacing burnt out control wiring of Ammeter/Voltmeter/Indicating lamps and CT'swith 2.5/1.5Sqmm copper single core,1100V grade copper conductor cable- 01Job (vi) Replacing Burnt out Bus Bar of incomming and out going feededs with approprieted size of new bus bar (Copper/Aluminum) -01Job ( Note : Bus Bar will measured and paid separately). (vi) Replacing Burnt out Insulators of incomming and out going feeders with approprieted size of new Insulators -01Job ( Note : Insulators will measured and paid separately) (vii) Spray Painting of Panel Board with one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Supply & Fixing Aluminium Bus Bar strips, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alley of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (a) Size of the strip shall be determined depending upon the current carrying capacity of the individual outgoing MCCBs. (b) Overall length of the strip shall be measured and paid after necessary conversion into weight. (c) Cost of drilling / bending / Grinding of the strips at site as required shall be included in the unit rate quoted. No extra payment shall be admissible on that account. (d) Rate of Bolts, Nuts etc shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply & Fixing Copper Bus Bar stips, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alley of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (a) Size of the strip shall be determined depending upon the current carrying capacity of the individual outgoing MCCBs. Supply & Fixing of suitable type and size FRP / DMC bus bar support insulator (Bridge Insulator) for fixing the extended aluminium/copper bars, for cable terminations, duly fixed in the body of the panel board including galvanized steel bolts , nuts, washers etc.and necessary drillings, in the panel body,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fault finding on HT cables of any size and any length with fault detective machine by thumbing method and suitable high voltage and all as and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit Straight Through Joint for 11KV grade cable complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable) and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, alluminum conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
