Construction of Bituminous road Kapli Main road to Jasram Kuswahas House in ward 50

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical broom.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumin pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface.

Providing and Laying bituminous Macadem with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specific grading premixed with bituminous binder transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.

Providing and Laying bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40% of Mix and filler transporting the Hot Mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeld vibratory and tendem rollers to acheive the desired construction as per MORT&H specification clause No.507 complete in all respects.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, etc. on roads with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous/concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1702
